Robert Baratheon vs Khal Drogo
Prince Oberyn vs Brienne of Tarth
Roose Bolton vs Randyll Tarly (commanding an army or fighting each other)

Khal Drogo would destroy Robert Baratheon
He may die later from infection in his wounds but there aren’t many that Khal Drogo would not kill in battle. The thing about Drogo was he wasn’t afraid to take a shot from his opponent in order to kill him so I will point out that both may end up dying, but in most cases, Drogo would still successfully take out his opponent.

Baratheon -mainly cause of armor
Oberyn -speed kills, although I love both and hope they hook-up after
I don't know enough about either to make a selection. Bolton was a snake, but extremely clever. Tarly is ruthless and a great commander. I'd probably lean Tarly. Bolton was short, like 5'7.
The fight I'm looking forward to is Jon Snow vs Daario Naharris. After the war in the North and they come South to capture the throne. Naharris will be one of the sell swords commanders..

Drogo takes one shot from that war hammer and he is dead. Not hurt. Dead. Especially because Dothraki don’t wear armor. He ripped through I’m sure very functional plate armor to kill Raegar.

Then you don't know Robert. Robert in his prime is almost certainly the most formidable fighter outside of the Kingsguard. Even Jaime feared Robert, until he became a fat drunk at least.
