batman is trained in several different types of martial arts ...
captain america (the one in the movies) is not trained in martial arts ... he is physically stronger and has a shield that is almost impenetrable, but he is not the tactical fighter that batman is ... and batman has lots of gadgets ...
So wait we;re going to compare a limited movie Captain America, to a full fledged "trained in several martial arts," Batman?
Or are we comparing movie Batman to movie Captain America? In that case, Wayne has like what? A year of training with the League? And he's Batman for 2 years? And he isn't the dossier-master detective that he is in the comic books. He's a billionaire with some toys who likes to work out (as Cocomo said) and spent some time as a thief and prisoner.
I'd take Evans' Cap over Bale's Batman in a heartbeat. And you should also see WS, the second scene of the film pretty much nullifies this one.

Regarding how many fighting arts CA is trained in - From the Marvel wikia page on Captain America:
Marvel Wikia CA page
I think it says something that if you look at the write up on excellent fighters in the MU, tons of them mention that they were "trained in fighting by Captain America".
quote:
Steve Rogers was trained extensively in multiple forms of combat including martial arts. Thanks to the Super Soldier Serum, he was able skip the physical conditioning and flexibility training. Although a few of them have been identified, every discipline he was trained in is unknown and unclear. American Boxing, Judo, Aikido, and Jujutsu are the only revealed disciplines, but he has utilized various different techniques and methods from multiple others. Among these are various Gong fu (or Kung fu) such as Taijiquan, Wing Chun, various Shaolin arm methods which he incorporates for his shield, Chin na, and northern kicking methods, Capoeira, Muay Thai, Karate, Eskrima, and hand techniques used in Ninjutsu. While there are potential other forms which may play a role, many of them were invented after WW2 or during it when Rogers was engaging the enemy axis. His private tutors' identities are unknown, and eastern martial arts were not well recognized during the late 1930s and early 1940s; many of them were regarded as flashy, and even useless movements. Many martial arts teachers refused to teach their methods to westerners. He may have possibly learned different techniques from fighting other persons who use them. Two of his best students Bucky and Hawkeye have been seen using at least one sophisticated hand technique from Ninjutsu that was meant for sensitive points of the body, confirming that Rogers taught it to them strengthening the idea that he may have learned it after confronting Hand ninjas before America officially joined the war.

He's also beaten the Taskmaster on more than one occasion.

It would be a close fight. But the Good Captain took the cheap route and roided up to get where he's at. Before the steroids, he wasnt shite and couldnt do shite.
Batman had to start from scratch and get to his physical and mental condition the old fasion way. Years and years of hard work.
Advantage The Good Captain.

Spontaneous fight: Captain America outlasts Bats.
Time to prepare: Batman
-------------
One-off fight: CA
Best of 5 or 7: Dark Knight
