Worst thing I saw Joffrey personally do was have one prostitute beat another. Ramsay flayed people.

Joffrey died when he was pretty young. He would've went on to do much many more bad things. Ramsay was a few years older IIRC.

Joffrey did shoot the smoke show redhead hooer with the big tatas full of holes with his new crossbow. So there’s that.
Sansa had to take it up the pooper from both of these psychopaths ... ouch.
Ramsay though, well, he had his own way of doing things and he was particularly depraved and sadistic so he wins hands down.
Just imagine if Joffrey had lived and made Ramsay his right hand man so-to-speak.
Hell, Ramsay’s concubine was probably more sadistic and evil than Joffrey if we really stop to think about it.

Joffrey, Ramsey has some self awareness and his tortures served a purpose, Joffrey had none and just tortured everyone all the time for no reason at all. Ramsey was evil on purpose Joffrey was insane.

To answer your question as to who was more sadistic, I would say Ramsey. He knew what he was doing. He rationalized it was for a purpose. Sadistic people are like that. They know what they are doing bc it serves as a way of justice for them. Joffrey on the other hand does what he does because he thinks that is how kings are to rule. He wants them to fear him. Ramsey knows people fear him but he will won’t stop torturing them to get what he wants. Ramsey gets off on torturing.

I tend to agree with this opinion. Joffrey was the a-hole kid who skinned a cat live for shits and giggles. While ramsey seemingly enjoyed all of his torture, it was to serve his purpose.

Ramsay easily dude. He is the textbook definition of a sadistic psychopath. In the book he is even much worse than the show. He hunts women with hounds like you see once in the show, but takes it a step further by fricking their dead corpses.

Ramsay and Joffrey were equal in their sadism but I have to give the tip of the hit to Ramsay simply because he had not only been doing it longer but he had to keep his sadism somewhat under wraps while he was a bastard.
Joffrey had far more free reign as king, but he died before he truly learned to wield his power to keep others from holding him back. Had he been allowed to grow to adulthood he would have set new standards in madness.
