The docks scene, and the whole BB movie, is probably the most well rounded encapsulation of what Batman should be, in my opinion.
But I will say that for all the hate it gets, when I was a 7 year old seeing Batman and Robin, along with the action figures in walmart, the mcdonalds promotion, and all other things marketing genius for a simple southern boy....that "look" was Batman to me for the longest time.

I was 9 in 1989 and I’ll never forget my dad taking me to see a double feature of Honey I Shrunk the Kids and Batman(both came out same day).
Theater in Lake Charles had two lines wrapped around the building. I got to pick out a king sized candy for each movie.
Top 5 day in my life and both will always have a special place for me

I was 11 and saw it in theatres and watched it on VHS regularly. That was my quintessential Batman and this was the greatest villain ever imo...

Batman standing over Hong Kong in TDKR. That was the Jim Aparo/Bob Haney Batman from Brave & the Bold. Batman on a global scale. I always loved that over the backstreets of Gotham Batman.

Do you know how many people taped that episode of Entertainment Tonight when they debuted the first trailer? And how we watched it over, and over, and over...

My favorite scene of any Batman I've watched is hands down the Joker interrogation in TDK. There's just so much to it that it's hard to even pick one piece that sticks with you the most. The pure evil of the Joker and yet his view on society that is hard to disagree with. The frustration you feel in Batman knowing that he truly does have nothing to threaten the Joker with. The tension of the entirety of the scene is just so damn good.

Easily...but that's more of a great Joker scene than batman. Heath's laugh when he's being punched is fantastic

It makes you hate that he makes some great points about society and people at large. People will absolutely eat each other.
If the question though is the truest form of Batman the character though, there are some great candidates. Refusing to kill the Joker during the chase scene in TDK is up there. The docks in BB is a classic as well.

All good ones so I’ll go offbeat. The speech to Vale in 1989 Batman, he could have everything a person could want but.. “He’s out there and I gotta go to work” it shows there’s no light between Bruce and Batman, it’s not an alter ego, it’s what he is.

Batman was the real deal, the city of Los Angeles paid their respects. When Adam West died in 2017 Los Angeles reached out one last time.
