Not a bad movie but let's pump the brakes a bit. It's just a remake of The Wages of Sin which was a better movie.

Watched Predator with my wife this past weekend and it still holds up incredibly well, it was her first time watching it so I had to contain my excitement during certain scenes. She enjoyed the movie as well.

The 1954 film was The Wages of Fear, one of my favorite films.

However, Sorcerer was really good also. The swaying bridge scene was incredible.

IFC had My Science Project, followed by Weird Science, and Real Genius this past weekend. So that.

No Country For Old Men was the last really good one I’ve watched but I did actually enjoy Godzilla Minus One quite a bit and I’m not a big CGI type movie guy

Just watched the Last of the Mohicans after many years. Very good movie.

Watch Black Hawk Down at least once / year.

Watched Bridge of Spies a couple of months ago. Good story and largely true to life. Of course, they took some license, and in compressing several years of events into a two hour movie, the timeline was distorted. Otherwise, excellent.

The Pianist. It was a rewatch but it's been years and I forgot just how good that movie really is. It sucks that Adrien Brody ended up torpedoing his own career because he is/was an amazing actor
