Laughter is contagious so for me it will always be something I saw in a theatre.
The premise of my choice was to throw a joke or gag at the audience very six seconds and what stuck stuck and what didn't well here's the next joke.
For that reason, and for just one long continuous laugh-fest I would have to choose Airplane. Which I was lucky enough to witness as a young boy iirc in the old Bon Marche Twin. We went to the mall McDonald's after the movie.
I can quote the movie at the drop of a hat and still laugh and watch at least once a year.

Hot Tub Time Machine is so underrated. When they are falling off the roof and the one armed guy is saving them. I laughed so hard when Lou didn’t care about dying as long as he sees how the guy lost his arm.
