The twist in Ex Machina completely caught me off guard and blown away. Sat in awe at it through the entire credits.

Arrival.

The twist happens with like a minute left in the film and I was overcome with emotion and my jaw was wide open.

Few movies have left me feeling like that the first time I saw it

"Speechless" comes in different forms:

Shock
Disbelief
Reflective
Somber
Disgusted
Excited
Sad
Confused

I'm going to go with the ending of the Charlton Heston version of Planet of The Apes when at the very end we are all witnessed to "Taylor's" discovery of a partially buried Statue of Liberty and the realization that he is not on another planet but rather on a future Earth that leaves Taylor enraged
