My parents took me to see Westworld in the theater when I was about six and it gave me nightmares for years.

I forgot to mention another:

Race with the Devil
Was that the Peter Fonda movie with the devil worshipers chasing the couples in the RV? If so, yeah, that one messed with my head awhile.

Deliverance got me too; I loved Burt Reynolds as a kid (he was my hero, so I was a preteen cussing like a sailor after watching Smokey and the Bandit). Somehow, came across Deliverance and saw it had Burt, so I watched it. Bad move on my part.

The Exorcist got me too. I'd seen it a couple times by the time I was 12 or so, but one night I was watching it while home alone around 13. There were some storms in the area but it was quiet at the time, and suddenly there was a power outage during the movie. No rain, no lightning, just a sudden pitch black and sheer silence (other than my high-pitched scream of course!)...

I made my way outside and over to a neighbor's house, shaking like a leaf

Yes, that's the one. Also had Warren Oats, Loretta Swit and Lara Parker but I didn't really know who she was. And there was R.G. Armstrong who was the sheriff.

Yeah, they chased them everywhere. Climbed on the RV while on the road and circled the RV at the end of the movie.

The original "Nightmare on Elm Street" got me around age 9 or 10. You know, the one that was actually intended as a horror instead of a horror-comedy? I watched it on one of the pay movie channels because I couldn't find any softcore at that particular time. One of my best friends lived on an Elm Street. I refused to sleep at his place for months. Never told him why because I didn't want him to think I was a pussy. Or, in 9-10 year old terms, a girly wimp.

Um, Michael Jackson is right there. Ben's only the second creepiest thing in that picture.

The Exersist. Don't know what my Dad was thinking but he took me to see that in the theatre. I was only about 8-9 years old. I guess he figured I could handle it. The scene when they are trying to diagnose her and stick a huge needle in her throats freaked me out. And when all the cursing etc. would start my Dad would send me to get more candy or popcorn. Funny that in a horror movie it was the hospital scene that freaked me out the most.

Bad Ronald

LINK

A family moves into a Victorian house, unaware of a secret room hiding a teenage killer (Scott Jacoby).

I'm sure the movie is horrible but me and all my 6 yr old friends were terrified someone was living inside the walls of the house

IT, definitely.

However, there were two main movies that gave little kid me nightmares:
Batman (the one with Michael Keaton)
Jurassic Park

What scared me in Batman was the scene at the end after the Joker falls to his death, but he's still smiling and still laughing. That really creeped out 4-year-old me.

In Jurassic Park, it was the scene where the guy was in the bathroom and the T-Rex ripped apart the bathroom around him and then ate him. I'd have dreams about getting up in the middle of the night to pee and a t-Rex wripping down the walls and eating me while I'm on the toilet. This was the scariest way to die to a 6-year old

I saw that movie as a kid as well. A few weeks after seeing it we went to a family reunion on some farm in Illinois. All the other kids wanting to play hide and seek in the corn fields and I'm crying all scared from recently watching that damn movie

I don't think I'd do that even today after watching that move 15 years ago

It still creeps me out. The Fly with David Hedison and Vincent Price. Yeek. It even puts me off of my Voyage To The Bottom of the Sea reruns.
