There are a lot of good ones in this thread but I'd have to go with Servilia of the Junii in the HBO series Rome. After staying outside her rivals house for days repeating the same thing day and night, then putting the best curse on her that I've ever seen, she kills herself gruesomely in front of her. Mark Antoni says... now THAT, is an exit!
