Waiting. It is a good intro into the service industry for a kid.

This. One of the best cameos in film history from Bruce Willis.

Went to the theater to see Dodgeball years ago not expecting much and walked out laughing my arse off. I'll still pop it in on occasion when the nephews are visiting because it's one of their favorites.

The edition that they released that had the bloopers still in the movie was hilarious.

Others would be:

Accepted has a lot of funny parts in it.

Fired Up is really funny.

Tucker and Dale was mentioned already.

Cabin Boy is older but still really dumb funny.

Really obscure and tough to find is Road to Wellville. Old movie with Matthew Broderick and Hopkins about Kelloggs.

Basketball doesn't seem to get much love either.

Dill Scallion. It's the Country Music Spinal Tap and has all kinds of name actors.

Bad Words. Jason Bateman enters the national spelling bee as a jaded, profane 40yr old man.

I remember watching Naked Gun with my Dad when I was a teen and both of us rolling laughing. Not really a hidden gem, but probably not something a teenager today has seen.
