At the end of the episode, Teddy stabbed with the arrow and "Wyatt's men" come creeping out of the woods...they sure looked a lot like remnants of Medieval World from the original movie.
Noone noticed?

My question is, why would Ford kill Elsie? She was helping expose Theresa, which is what Ford did anyway.
I think she was simply too good and fixated on figuring things out. Had she stopped at "Theresa's stealing data", I think she'd probably have been left alone. But, I think that the deeper she dug into the corporate espionage, the closer she was getting to something WAY bigger that meant she couldn't be allowed to live. Remember that she discovered that not only was the old console being used to transmit to the older hosts to get data out, but someone had used it under Arnold's name to monkey with the older hosts' code. That might have had something to do with her getting got. Maybe it wasn't Ford that went after her, but it just fits in with the new host Ford was building in secret.

The info she found pointing to two people stealing data and the recently entered code that she discovered authored by "Arnold" in the console in the old theater probably had something to do with her getting got.
Ford trying to reboot a robot uprising for some reason? His reveries started this crap, which he blamed on Bernard. Elsie finds the source of the code which is modifying the hosts, and then Ford has Bernard kill her. He has got to be the instigator.

Now, Teddy is starting to awake. He attacked the MiB. Hosts can basically come back to life/not die sometimes. I think Teddy and MiB are both captured from that, not killed.

5: Bernard is Arnold, killed by Ford and brought back as a host because he was too good at the emotions of the hosts. His interest in Delores mirrors Arnold's interest.
Is Bernard a clone or is he Arnold with an A1 enhanced brain? I'm just not ready to believe Bernard is simply a robot. In this episode Ford said that Arnold went insane. He previously said Arnold died in the park but never mentioned his sanity. He also said Arnold was too careful to die like he did (almost the same thing Hale said about Teresa in this episode).
There is also the matter of why Delos is so interested in the code. Did Ford and Arnold find a way to transfer human consciousness to a clone/synth? Hale looks awfully young to be a CEO but if she is an older woman downloaded into a young body her actions make more sense.

I think along these lines as well.

What if Arnold's wife killed herself after their son died, he got boozed up near the Abernathy ranch while looking at a picture of them, then lost the picture. Unable to handle the pain of it all, he volunteered to have Robert transfer his consciousness to a host (something they had maybe been close to perfecting) so he could lose some tough memories.

I love this theory

I don't know but the scene with Maeve going around narrating her instructions was cringe worthy.
Why do you say this? Honestly wondering. Seems a lot of people agree with you.
My issue with her storyline is that Lutz's character is ridiculous.
Edit: Also, with the new revelation that she has previously failed to die/remain shut down, I can't see why she wouldn't just be removed.

After MiB killed Lawrence, he said "someone will be along for him shortly". The park employees collected his dead body and reset his loop just in time for William and Delores to come across him in Pariah. Naturally, his loop typically ends with the union capturing him and hanging him, but the MiB saved him, interrupting the end of his normal loop. MiB saw him at the end of his loop and reset him, causing William and krew to incounter him back at the very beginning of his loop.
The reason Teddy wasn't on the train is because this is his new narrative with Wyatt. That's why he wasn't protecting Delores from getting raped. He was left for dead by Wyatt.
Everything in the park is happening in a single timeline with short occassional flashbacks (like Maeve with her daughter, Delores seeing the town, Delores "remembering" being raped by MiB, ect).
Alright, now can we just talk about the f$&king episode!?

All of this. Their actions literally make no logical sense. If ever there was a reason to incinerate a host, that would be it.

I enjoy watching waaaay more than I like talking about this show. 90% of the discussion is about timelines or points in time and who is who. Getting old.
Also, I wasn't very satisfied with the MiB's backstory.

I thought it made sense. He went into the game as an escape. He would play black hat and come back to the real world where he was a titan of industry and a philanthropist. His wife, though, knew what he was doing in Westworld and was afraid of him. She knew he was really a monster. After she dies, he goes into the game to find out if she was right. He stumbles across the maze.

Eh. If every person was judged by what they did in westworld, it would be a pretty shitty world with some fricked up people. I get that he went in deep but it seems cheap. "Find out who he really is" based on what he does in a game with no consequences? That's not real life and doesn't represent what he would really do with real consequences. His wife sounds like a real bitch.

Is nothing to be made of when Lee and the lady from the board go down into the basement with all the deactivated hosts?
They walk up to the host that use to play the dad in the Delores storyline and she says something along the lines of the host's minds are the only thing that can take 35 years of data and that Lee now needs to make up a story to get the host out of the park.

It's interesting that both the corporation and the "enlightened" hosts have the same end goal: to get out.

Sure. I enjoyed the episode. I feel for Bernard. Ford is at least for now a monster. I'm trying to care for Dolores and Maeve but I'm not there yet. Did Maeve look younger when she was in the room with Bernard and Ford? William seems to be growing a little thick skin. He had no regard for the dying soldier host. MIB's backstory needed more fleshing out. It wasn't convincing as told. Jeffrey Wright is killing it literally and figuratively as Bernard. Anthony Hopkins could take on the X-Men, Avengers and the entire D.C. Universe and my money would be on him.

Is it a crackpot theory to think Westworld is the cause of the Mannequin Challenge?
