First season was great. Helped make me a fan of the club and a bigger fan or Ryan and Rob. Anyone else excited to see the drama play out from last season? This has a Drive to Survive feel to it but with more humor from the two owners.

The only thing I know about this show is Rob talking about it incessantly on the sunny podcast

How many episodes are they releasing each week?

Season 1 had like 20 episodes in it.

Wish they would do it like Hard knocks. Already know what happens

Same for DTS. You know the result. But you know there had to be some drama behind the scenes. Hurt goalie… Ben foster… the save…

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the first season. I know it’s the cool thing to do, to jump on the Wrexham bandwagon, but I’m a fan now and can’t wait for season 2.

I only really watch EPL scores. Even though I know what happens this season, it's not going to impact my enjoyment until the final episode or two. Besides, with Ryan and Rob, there is comedic content and hawt takes I wouldn't have heard even if I know the ultimate result.

Your ability to come into a one page thread and claim like you have no idea what is going on is becoming legend to me. Do you have an old school Motorola RAZR or something?

We loved the first season and as a result, I added WXM to my scoreboard on the ESPN app.

Yeah, we know how the season ends, but like others have said, getting all the behind the scenes footage will be worth it. The team has such a parallel journey to Ted Lasso that I honestly confuse some of the players unless I really think about it.

I truly couldn't care less about the game footage itself. I'm much more interested in what you don't see off the pitch.

The Mullin injury didn't happen until a friendly exhibition here in the US, so I don't even know if they're going to get to that point in S2.

Throughout this show and Ted Lasso both, it really drove home the common DNA that soccer fans in Europe have with college football. We're all passionate to a fault about our teams.

S2 is the last season for the club. It will end with the aftermath of the last match.

Injury will be Ep. 1 of season 3.

Those two (Soccer and CFB) are the two most analogous sports to compare. I've been reading The Club about the creation of the Premier League and holy shite I feel like I'm living it with conference realignment.

I would love for each of the Power 5 (4?) to align with a G5 conference (e.g. SEC + Sun Belt), B1G + MAC, etc) and have a promotion/relegation situation going on. That would make even the bottom feeder team games worth watching throughout the end of the season.

Can you imagine the implications what App State could do if they were able to get promoted to the SEC for even a single season? One year of the SEC Network $$$ would totally revolutionize their program.

Yes.

Imagine the stakes if loser of Vandy/Mizzou had to go to the SunBelt, while GA Southern waits in the wings to take a spot in the SEC for a season.

Sorry that vexed you.

I diligently scrolled through and didn’t see an apt description. I could google it but I prefer input from the good posters on here rather than some dry sterilized web summary. You know, one of the reasons that the board exists in the first place.
