If the league ended today they would be competing in a 4 team playoff for the last spot for promotion to League 1...why do you think they will be stuck?

Not saying they are guaranteed to be promoted again in back to back seasons, but they look to be in pretty decent shape so far...only 4pts out of 1st place.

I care as much about league one as i do a little league. I doubt they advance but the point is, who cares? I'd rather watch MLS, and I hate MLS.

IDGAF about the soccer itself. At this point, I'm invested in the team, the town and the chairmen because it's good television.
It's IRL Ted Lasso and I'm bummed that there's such a lag between what happened on the pitch already and just now seeing it in October.

Your question was “who cares?” which is a rhetorical question in nearly every way used and especially with the way you phrased your post. If it was a real question, I would be questioning your intelligence because the answer is too obvious to be taken seriously. You seem to be admitting to being a retard. Well done.

Man, what a rough go for Mark Howard. Get benched for the previous starter, who promptly goes down with ANOTHRR injury at the same stadium where he's been hurt on two previous seasons, then they bring in Ben Foster.
Chomps is the epitome of a team player.
I know how the season ends and what they were seeking to accomplish with the move to pull in Foster down the stretch, but it's gutting to see how great of a guy Howard is and still keep his chin up.

Agreed.
I love this show. I can’t help but root for the team and the town.

Damn...great show.
You can't help but root for them.
The clearing of the field before the game was impressive.

The women's team deserves to play all their games at the Racecourse.

It's sincerely a well done masterpiece of a series. They sometimes reference how outsiders view Wrexham as some Hollywood team now but I don't get that from the show at all. Rob and Ryan market well but it's certainly not Hollywood. It's a love story pretty much of a town and it's people as we know. They're all basically the main character and so authenticity real. Sometimes I watch and almost forget it's about soccer. Watching them excel and win is just a bonus. Whomever writes for, directs and edits the series deserves acclaim. Some of the best TV out there period, IMO.

My only gripe is the delay between season releases and the real world events
