She was talking about it being an uncomfortable situation. She wasn't shitting on the crew.

She might not realize it but she had all the leverage in the world. If she refused to do the scene and they fired her it's slam dunk sexual harassment (and some very bad Me Too PR for the studio).
There is about a 0% chance that scene was needed for the storyline, and they can't go into court and try to say they're above the law.

She didn’t have to do a sex scene. She has enough money that she doesn’t have to do something if she doesn’t feel like it
