So the main protagonist seems to be trying to "destroy a tornado" in this one. I really hope that line was taken way out of context.

Considering the shite that has been released the past few years I’m down for a turn your brain off summer flick.

That's not too unreasonable. Somehow dissipating a tornado artificially would definitely be of great value.

Exactly. What if no one had ever asked “is there a way to divert lightning?”

It in theory would work to. Tornadoes form due to air pressure. If you disrupt that phenomena, no twister

Looked fun. I doubt I'll see it in theaters. Probably a wait until it's streaming for me.

I will try to keep this short....but many years ago I hung out with some old high-school friends who would partake in the left handed cigarettes. With my job I couldn't partake but could hangout.

One night I decided what they could come up with on how best to 'defeat a tornado'....I filled up the kitchen sink with water and as it was going down the drain I simply hit the water with my finger and the 'tornado' stopped.

The best theory was a giant fan to 'stop' the circular motion of the tornado (like my finger did the water).

Sadly I had to call it a night while they were trying to figure out how to build and then move a fan big enough to stop the tornado.

Why would you see a movie like this streaming?

To each their own but this is the sort of movie you see in theaters with the sound and size of the screen pinning you to your seat

So many memories of the first. Bill Paxton, Hoffman, Helen Hunt. Such a great movie. The screen play of the original was also written by my favorite author Michael Crichton. Yall may remember him from some of his lesser known works like Jurassic Park and Congo.
