Westworld. Started good and then went completely off track. Frustrating because it could have been great.

Also, as much as I liked season 1, I just can't seem to get into Season 2 of Ozarks

Peaky Blinders - I watched the first season I think. Not sure why I stopped,

I stopped after the first season, felt like the biggest story conflict was wrapped up and just didn't feel the need to start a new season.

Gave up on the walking dead after just 4-5 episodes. I could tell right away I didn't like any of the characters. Rick was a pussy and let his wife and kid walk all over him. His wife was a cheating whore, his son was a brat. The side characters were annoying. And there were some serious frick ups with the time line of some early episodes.

I watched long enough to see Lori get killed but gave up once I realized they weren't going to let Carl or Rick die. I was hoping they'd all get eaten.

After Season 3 and all my peanut gallery comments to the characters, I recently heard Mrs. Midnight watching some other program and quote me, "Well, just frick fighting from cover, right?"

seal team

they only do like 6-8 shows a season and with no notice skip a week here and there and then throw in 2-3 reruns to the point you cant plan on it being there

now its moved to the plus channel you have to pay to stream it. i loved that show and looked forward to seeing it but you cant depend on it being on. and now its on pay to see shite so its history for me as far as that show

this one seems to have reached consensus.
hard to believe they took such in-demand IP and spent all that money on it and made an incomprehensible mess with it

Dexter—started it twice and watched 4-5 episodes and just didn’t do it for me

Sons of Anarchy—just got too out there and totally unbelievable. (Small town sees double digit murders and it’s like…ok right)

Ozark— see above

I was a big fan of The Walking Dead from its inception until Negan beat the tar out of Glen, brutally murdering him in front of his pregnant wife. That was a bridge too far; I bailed and haven't looked back.

I also ditched Shameless (U.S.) after a few seasons. None of the characters had any redeeming qualities; they were all pieces of sh*t.

The Tomorrow War
Peaky Blinders

Of course that doesn't mean they aren't good, it's just neither one grabbed me. I may need to give Tomorrow War another shot at some point, that genre is usually right up my alley

every episode was just way too dark (visually I mean, you can't see shite).
Sounds like you need a bigger, or maybe just a better, TV.

I've watched most of The Sopranos, but not every episode from start to finish. Tried watching it that way but quit part of the way through Season 2. Part of it is just knowing how many seasons there are.

Same thing with Game of Thrones, except I never have watched it. Got through Season 1 and quit watching because of how many more seasons there are to watch.

I got six episodes into Barry and quit watching because I felt so sorry for him.

Stopped watching Absentia with three episodes left in the series.

Watched Hanna through the first episode of Season 2 and quit watching.

Got almost six minutes into The Knick and couldn't handle the blood and guts in a bowl.

Watched the first five episodes of Farscape and quit it.

Watched the first five episodes of The Americans and stopped. Doesn't feel like the commies will realize they're on the wrong side anytime soon.

I loved Vice Principals, so I tried East Bound and Down. Only watched three episodes and stopped.

All of these are still in my My Stuff, except for The Knick. I'll never try that again.

TWD: It essentially became eventful season premiere, many episodes of nothing, and intense season finale. Rinse and repeat.

Ozark: the complete opposite of TWD, in that every single episode is a cocaine fueled ride of ‘everyone is going to die, but turns out alright’

Vikings: Ragnar’s demise, then lost interest

Westworld: just couldn’t get into it.

House of cards: great show until the second to last season when the writing was on the wall for KS, and they decided to make Underwood extremely uncharacteristic to what they had built up . Didn’t watch the final season.

Mad Men: wife and I got bored with it.

Man in the high castle: despite loving the premise of alternative history shows, couldn’t get into it after trying a few times.

TV shows that gave up on us:
GOT
Rome
Black Sails
Mindhunter (holding out hope that they bring it back)

Gray's Anatomy
NCIS
House of Cards
Orange is the New Black
Walking Dead - may start again. When that show was good, it was so good.
Ozark - need to attempt this one again. I think I just need to really pay attention.
