-The dead city employee had his dick mutilated and eyes removed, meaning a very personal and sexually motivated murder. My educated guess is a revenge murder for being a sexual deviant.

Well, it would also not make any sense for the story.

Clearly the Hispanic woman’s disappearance will have deeper meaning to the story than “she’s fine and moved out and is dating a cop”. Also, if you noticed, they lived in a trailer but had a huge badass TV and gaming system. My guess is someone tried to bribe silence from them with that stuff or it was shipped “from the missing girl” to make them think she is fine.

Everything you said seems like an idea you just imagined up out of nowhere but we get criticized for saying the 2 women looked similar based on the brief shot of the picture they showed
