It took me a couple of episodes to get into Season 1 so I'm good with tonight's opening

I liked it.
The only character I'm still a bit sketchy about is Vince Vaughn

Similar dark vibe. They have the horror movie type soundtrack going on. I don't know if I'm just really tired right now (probably) but the story doesn't seem as tight. It was a little harder to figure out where exactly this is heading. Seems like this episode was almost entirely introductions. Developed a good bit of character. Didn't tell much story.

I think it's more that he has the opportunity to make the score of a lifetime. There was emphasis that any overages in expenses on the rail would be covered by the fed government. This is how you skim millions off the top.

Does anyone know who sang the cover of "All the gold in california"?

I've got hope. It was a pretty good episode once everything started making sense.
True Detective looks to be as depressing this season as it was last season. I love it.

Considering what Colin Ferrel did to that kids dad, I think you're in luck haha

Series opener was strong, lots of moving pieces coming together at the end.

I liked the first episode.

Can't believe nothing was said about the Russian guy.
