The only thing this episode did was complete 2002 and get us to the present. So 2 episodes to wrap it all up.

Seems an odd place to put pictures like that though. You'd think someone of that stature would have the sense to lock them/keep them out of reach.
ETA: Just saying, because it seems things mentioned specifically in this show tend to have some sort of meaning.

They have 2 hours - that's pretty much a full length movie and now most of the back story is pretty much done, so they can focus on wrapping this up.
