My take on Bon Temps location is south of 1-20, closer to Monroe than Shreveport but somewhere between them, where Bon Temps, Monroe, and Shreveport would make a triangle.

Yeah we decided Arcadia/Jonesboro a few years ago.

On the episode where Jessica went out to get Hoyt some asprin but instead went back Fangtasia she came to a road sign in Bon Temps that right would have sent her to town and left was to S'port, seems like I remember it saying Shreveport 22 miles but I'll have to go back and watch it

I don't think even the writers know where Bon Temps is. I found this today and it pretty much sums up me watching the Eric/Sookie scenes from last night.

How was Bill able to overpower Louis if Louis is the older vampire?

Also I found these two maps on a true blood fansite. One is just a map of Bon Temps, the other is a google map pinpointing all of the places in LA where True Blood events have occurred.

Eric has turned into a sissy boy!

Maybe because he was under a spell from the witch. I thought the same about that scene.

Eric is a caring person when he's Real Eric, he just has a bad way of showing it. This is going to be really sad for Sookie when he gets his memories back. Hell, they've been together 5 days and he still hasn't bitten her. He listens to her, he doesn't boss her around, they hang out around the house and generally act as normal as a human/vamp couple could possibly be. We couldn't say the same for her and Bill.

If Jessica dies I will unsubscribe from HBO.

If they kill of Jessica, I will sorely pissed. She is one of the few things worth looking at on this crazy arse show.

The area that it is filmed in is clearly no where in Louisiana

In past seasons when they show like downtown Bon Temps, that was filmed in Clinton Louisiana

Damn you beat me to it. I think they generally hope that no one gives enough fricks to really figure it out. Compared to the ridiculous amount of story lines and characters, this info isn't really too important

Why is that black ghost so interested in the cracker baby? Any bi lingual posters out there able to translate what she said?

Just watched it and my very limited understanding of French leads me to believe she said

Fais do do, mon bebe
Fais do do, mon cherie petite

Which translates to "go to sleep, my baby; go to sleep my little love"

Those last few minutes really had me on edge. And I freaking love Ginger! LMAO & her getting on Pams coffin and screaming

this may be nit-picky, but I didn't get the whole heavy-chain of silver thing. I thought a little bit of silver would do the trick. I mean, Pam just had a veil of silver over her, and it kept her in the coffin, didn't even appear to be secured. And anymore remember episode 1, where the drainers had Bill held down by this thin, long, dainty chain of silver just sort of draped over him? yet Jessica could rip her way through a 50 pound set of silver chains? Hmmm...

I thought the same. Maybe because she is a new-er vampire.

I am thinking it has more to do with the power of the spell Antonia is casting.

My only question is about bill and the other sheriff fighting. When did vampires start fighting with guns? and the other vamp was three times bills age if not more, no way bill should be able to hold him down

Also, in the preview why was Sam in the middle of that Wolf pack? I know he now has beef with the packmaster since he's involved with Shiva, but why would he ever put himself in that position of being all alone amongst all of them?

My guess (and that's all it is) is that it has to do with Bill's title as King. Maybe there is some sort of magically binding loyalty pledge that limits a vampire's ability against their liege?

Just watched it last night...

I do like the witches storyline but I'm not sure how much I like Tara and Lafayette's involvement with them. I liked Laffy much better as a flaming single guy.

I miss Eric as he used to be too. I also miss Pam, I wish they hadn't gone and messed with those two characters because they provided a lot of laughs.

I sorely hope that they don't kill of Jessica--the Hoyt/Jessica storyline is boring me but she's been a pretty interesting character by herself.
