Batman is a joke. Superman is a superhero and stuff. Hell, even Aquaman can do more than lame arse Batman.
Now, if you're comparing Batman to regular people, he's pretty cool.

he could, and Batman could also kill an unsuspecting superman
it just matters who has the intent to kill...all things being equal, yes superman would win
but he didn't work for those powers, batman had to train his body and mind to the maximum the human body will allow, on top of that he has to maintain that condition, and he had to learn the fighting skills (as he is the world's greatest martial artist)
It's not necessarily that superman is too powerful and thus boring, it's that he didn't really earn anything like bruce wayne did, he doesn't have a singular driving force or motivation like bruce does (the death of his parents)and yes, he's not physically vulnerable like bruce wayne is. Batman goes out there knowing any night could be his last.
Also, considering the amazing abilities that superman possesses, you could argue he's pretty fricking lazy and doesn't use them to help humanity to the best of his ability.

Would Bruce still be Batman without the oppourunity that being a Wayne allowed him? No.He very well could be a(more of a) psychopath.
If Clark grew up on Krypton would he still be a great man? Yes.
The only problem Superman faces from readers is the assumption that everything comes easy for him.

I don't think that is a true statement. I think Lady Shiva, Bronze Tiger, & Richard Dragon are better martial artists than him (and that is just off the top of my head).
