I am honestly curious how they are going to handle just how absolute CRAZY the world has gotten, and how polarized the world has gotten politically.
KotH has always been masterful at treading a line, poking a little fun at all sides, etc.
It is so much harder in this environment.
Hank was sort of an old school texas blue dog dem but leaned towards voting for R's (except for that handshake). Will he be a Trump guy?
What's he going to think of Smartphones and trans craziness and all of that stuff.
Just fascinating avenues

Hank was definitely a conservative but showed several times in the series to be open minded on some social issues or at least became that way before the end of the episode. As far as Trump goes I think he’d look at him the same way he does Buck respect him for his accomplishments but also understand the kind of man he is and never hold him in the same regard as he does Dutch.

I think Hank would find Trump exhausting and annoying. I could see the story being he voted Trump the first time but had enough of him the second go around.

The first 5 episodes are extremely strong, IMO, so just start there.

How about the one where Hank hurts his back and starts doing yoga? They think he's committing insurance fraud, so he brings the yoga instructor into court to prove that there's no way he'd willingly go to this guy's yoga class.

We actually watched the episode with his brother Patch last night. Such a fantastic episode and really adds to Boomhauer's character.
