This might be considered the worst show of all time when you factor in the largest most passionate fan base. Coming off a best picture win from the movie. The largest budget in television history. The literature it had to take from in the second age.

One of the dumbest frickin things ever in cinema is having an archer who draws and shoots with his fingers on the inside of the string. What's dumber is choosing that specific clip for your trailer

I skipped reading/watching the LOTR books and the movies until much later in life but somehow read Potter and saw those movies.
I wonder if the Potter TV show coming out soon is going to make me sad like this show is for yall. I hope not but....ehhh. Coin flip!

I would have loved for this show to be good but it’s not. Not close.
Forget being true to the books because it’s not. It’s not even a good stand alone show. The very basics. Character development, storytelling, lore, nothing makes sense. And apparently they haven’t learned shite.

Not at all. Even if you ignore what the show does to Tolkien and treat it as an indie fantasy series it's just bad.
