I assume those pictures are pre-production and that CGI and skin tone will be added later. (Starfire has orange skin, Beast Boy green skin and pointed ears, Raven with the gemstone in her forehead, etc)

Don't care that she's black but they made no attempt to match her costume to comics or animation. Could be that the actress or other SJW's complained that the costume was too sexy. BUT WTF is up with that hair????

Well she is a ho in the books, but this is taking that to another level. They pretty much nailed both goals if they were casting for racial diversity and racial stereotypes. She fits both criteria
