I absolutely loved this movie as a kid. And what a freaking cast! Keifer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Chris O'Donnell, Oliver Platt, Tim Curry, Rebecca De Mornay, Michael Wincott, and Gabrielle Anwar.

And the title song for the movie was also pretty fire, courtesy of Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams, and Sting:

I always get that song and the Robin Hood Bryan Adams song confused even though one has 3 singers

I personally prefer The Man in the Iron Mask.

But I need to revisit this one. It looks familiar but I have virtually no remembrance of it.

I don't remember anything about the movie but I remember the hell out of that song. I think my older sister thought one of the guys singing was hot or something and she would play the song all the time.

Just by the casting you can tell it was a different era at Disney.

Looks like the cast could've used a couple months of Ozempic before shooting began.

I really enjoy this movie. It’s a lot of fun but also has a surprising emotional punch from Kiefer Sutherland

Just different movies with different purposes. They’re in no way related.

I do think Man in the Iron Mask is a great movie but this movie shouldn’t have to live in comparison to that.

Also loved this movie as kid. Think I’ll give it a rewatch this week to see how well it holds up

As a kid, I went as a Musketeer for Halloween because of this movie

It's a shame they did a remake in true Disney fashion.

How to describe it now? Campy? 90's cheesy?
Don't care still liked it.

This was one of my favorites as a child and did a rewatch once I got Disney plus. I still enjoyed it just as much as a kid and have rewatched it several times.
It’s a very easy watch.
Like others have said, what a cast!

Both stories come from Dumas, and both have the same characters.

Yes, they're different movies, but they're directly related due to the Athos/Porthos/Aramis/D'Artagnan characters being central in both.

I saw it in the theater as a kid. I don’t remember liking it all that much, but there was an ample amount of cleavage that kept me interested for sure!

I remember it being a fun movie.

I also remember that Tim Curry and Rebecca De Mornay made great villains / anti-heroes to the Muskateers. It was a REALLY strong cast.
