I'm amazed at all the country people who sing only country songs instead of showing any range or diversity. I know that it is a risk but it could also grab them a lot of fans outside the country base.
Amber is really good and could see her actually winning this thing over Danielle now.

Round 2
Holly was solid.
I didn't like the beginning of Michelle's song, but she was rocking at the end. However, sometimes, I couldn't understand the words. Mic was weak or she was too low, maybe.
Amber was good. Not my favorite. I love the song, though.

The only performance I saw tonight, but, Jesus, she killed it.

Sasha puttin' on the nasty with her performance. I think she bought herself another week.
Swon Bros had a weak night. I say them or Amber hits the road. People were ticked off at Adam for his comment last week even though it was just a joke. He might have lost some votes for his sole survivor. Blake only risks losing one. The other coaches are praying for the departure of one of his folks.

Round 1:
Holly sounded good I thought. Usher said she was "pretty good."
Michelle was MEH. Way too safe.
Swon Brothers were meh, and I fricking LOVE Wagon Wheel. That was disappointing. They did a good job, but it was so run of the mill and normal.
Sasha did really well, and finally sounded like what I thought she could.
Danielle was awesome as usual. She may not take many chances, but she does what she does so well and so much better than everyone else that it doesn't even matter. If Blake owns a label I bet he secretly hopes she loses so he can sign her...she's gonna make someone a TON of money. Easily the best on the show. Like I've said, she's Javier Colon good.
Amber is so meh for me; I almost feel bad for her.
Round 2:
Swon Brothers were meh again. I think it might be their time to go. They're taking zero chances and are just doing run of the mill, easy country songs.
Holly was just okay.
Michelle was meh again...I didn't like the song choice..it didn't seem to be one where she could really shine and showcase her talent/voice.
Amber just isn't very good I don't think. She kept singing in that low register and her voice was nonexistent there. Weird.
Danielle is stupid good. That note she hit at the end was sick.
Sasha started terribly and ended terribly. The middle was okay I guess. It's so weird...if she's not belting out some huge note, she's not very good.
Lots of "play it safe" performances tonight. Disappointing. I'm finding watching The Voice to be more of a chore every week now, and that sucks. I'll watch through the end though to see who wins.

On DVR.
Not sure if I'll keep watching after the 2 best singers went home last week.
If I can force myself to sit through it tomorrow, I may make it through the season. If not, it isn't like my insignificant viewership will be noticed.

It wasn't the best week overall as far as display of talent. I was really disappointed in the Swon Bros. Blake says they sound different. Maybe he wants to sign them, too. I think he wants the win with Danielle, though. His ego wouldn't let her go.

how were the performances tonight? i couldn't pull myself away from the ECF. i read cocomo's critiques but he is always negative so i take them with a grain of salt

Losing interest... too much country.

FIFY but I agree on losing interest

Yeah I think it's time for the Swons to go home. They are still fun to watch, but vocally they are not there with these women.
Danielle is just pure talent. Regardless of winning, she will have the best career.
I like Amber unlike some of you. I think she's pretty good.
Holly doing pretty good as usual.
Sasha was meh to me.
Same with Michelle. Something about the way she performs also annoys the shite out of me.
I was a Sarah fan, but her performance last week was shite.

I can't wait for goofy arse Michelle Shamwow to get the boot, god I hate her. I'm afraid this week is the end for the Swon Bros but Michelle can't last much longer. Danielle is the best in this group.

My first time venturing into the Voice thread. Wow. I can't understand all the love for Danielle. Yeah, she's good, but not head and shoulders above the rest. I think she had a bad song choice with Sarah Evans song last night. What does a 16 year old know about heartbreak/divorce? She just gets on my nerves for some reason. We don't need another Taylor Swift clone. And did anyone happen to catch how old she is? I don't think the Voice has mentioned it.
Amber is my favorite still left in it.
Michelle is good, if you don't look at her weird self. My wife was watching with me last night, and was playing on her phone during Michelle's first song. She said she sounds really good, and I agree, but she's just a little out there for me.
It was cool to see the Swan Bros do Okie from Muskogee. I prefer the OCMS version of Wagon Wheel to Darius Rucker's but they did it well.
Where did Sasha Allen come from? She seemed like the type to leave early on, but she gets better each week.

Sixteen. She's going to be a star. And she's a nice kid. Had never really performed live before she got on The Voice. Amazing.
