Saw it in the theatres. At that point I had probably spent 1500.00 dollars playing the game what’s another 5.50

Honestly, Bison does have one of the greatest villain lines of all time, no sarcasm:

“For you, the day Bison graced your village was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.”

Holy frick...never realized Zangief was Lattimeer from the program

Even as a kid, I knew it was bad...but Cammie was hot, whom I also didn’t realize until recently was Kylie Minogue

It's pretty impressive that the second Street Fighter movie makes this one look like an Oscar winner.

Raul Julia's way over the top performance saves this movie.

This is the only part of this movie I've seen.

As odd as this will sound, some movies are great because they aren't great. Street Fighter, Evil Dead, and their like are movies you can just sit back and smile at. Because while they are most certainly bad... they are a very fun bad.

No Evil dead movie is bad.

Dude is conflating intentional camp with bad filmmaking.

It's a brilliant progression from Raimi

ED1 Horror

ED2 Horror to Camp

AoD Camp

I could never figure out what was better, Chris Klein's performance or right after they had made Bison somewhat sympathetic, Chun-li twisting his head 180 degrees in front of his young daughter.

Chris Klein's performance

"This guy walks through raindrops"

I would love to know if some idiot writer out that in the script or if Klein fricked up so many times that they just said, "frick it, close enough."

Wasn’t this Raul Julia’s last movie before he died?

When I was a campus newspaper writer during undergrad, I tried unsuccessfully to woo Steven de Souza for an interview in anticipation for this film.

So frick de Souza and Street Fighter.

This was basically his last major role. I can't really count American Reunion,as he is only in that simply because he was in the first two.

If I remember correctly, his character was a joke of an actor or something in the movie, which is ironic considering he's a joke of an actor in real life.

It is one of the best movie quotes. I still use variations of that quote today.

And I have to say, Street Fighter movie > Mortal Combat movie. I enjoy the cheeky-ness of it even if it wasn’t meant to be that way.
