I would assume Kylo since it was him who pulled him away from Luke and had him destroy the temple.

Its more than likely Kylo, but if Rey starts taking the dark side turn some people think she will take, i could see that speech being directed at her.

I hate how people are already saying it looks like the same plot of Empire Strikes back. What because of the training scenes? Come on. This movie looks completely different than any other Star Wars movie we've ever seen.

I love the design also, but I'm excited that his character has (it appears) decided that he no longer needs it. In TFA Han told him he didn't need it in an attempt to make his son realize that he wasn't Vader and belonged with the light. In TLJ it seems that Kylo has grown immensely and, while finally stepping out from beneath Vader's shadow, he's doing it because he's becoming his own man and is stepping up as a powerful player who doesn't need to hide his insecurity and fears behind a mask. He's hopefully accepted & developed his power and is now confidently going out, mask off, as himself to utterly wreck some shite.
I love the look of the mask, but I'd much rather have a confident, powerful, non-peacocking Ren who no longer needs to hide behind a mask.

I’m thinking Snoke’s speech at the beginning of the trailer may be directed towards Rey at the end of the trailer when he appears to have her captive and torturing her.

I hate how every movies has to have the trailer misdirection. Dooku asked Obi Wan to join him to destroy the Sith, Anakin asked Padme to join him in ruling the galaxy, and now this.
