There's a lot of misdirects in this trailer
In the beginning, Snoke is talking about Rey. Kylo doesn't kill Leia. Luke's "raw strength" comment isn't referring to Kylo but Anakin/Darth Vader. The scene at the end with Kylo/Rey are two separate scenes. I do think Kylo and Rey do join forces I think, but not because Rey turns to the dark side. Kylo extending his hand may very well come at the very end of the film.
I really hope they don't go with the Rey being the re-incarnated Anakin bull shite

Vader was more powerful than Anakin...
Also, the raw power comment may be about Rey, not Kylo and would be a way to explain how she basically became a bad arse in the last 20 minutes of the movie and dismantled a trained force user with no training of her own

I can see that but I doubt it. There is a ton of misdirection but I don't think that line is.

So no one thinks he's talking about Kylo Ren? Isn't the scene after he says that show him coming up on that burning building, and he's bearded and grey like he is now with R2? Makes me think that's when he realizes what Ren had become and decides to go into exile.

That's what I assumed since he mentioned "raw" power. When he saw Vader, he was way beyond "raw" power.

The period between episode 3 and Rogue One has Vader hunting down and murdering all of the Jedi in the universe. While they are both one in the same in a sense, Vader was far beyond anything Anakin could have ever imagined himself becoming.

That was my thinking. Vader wasn't raw power. He was an evil Sith machine.
Plus it wouldn't make sense, Vader didn't scare Luke but 30 years later Rey does? Luke has had 30 years to train with the force and he wasn't even around for the fall of Anakin.

It's highly assumed by everyone that if Anakin never became 75% machine that he would have became more powerful than Palpatine. Being machine limits that. He never passed Palpatine
Had he not lost to Obi Wan he would have gotten unbelievably strong, much stronger than Vader ever was.
