I started watching this last night. Only watched the 1st episode and it was really good.

Anyone watch this series?

Synopsis

Based on Stephen King's best-selling novel of the same name, "The Outsider" begins by following an investigation which at first seems like it will be simple and straightforward but things change as it leads into the gruesome murder of a young boy by a seasoned cop. When an insidious supernatural force edges its way into the case, it leads the investigators to question everything they believe in

A lot of people didn't like the way it ended. I can understand that. Still enjoyed it. There are some intense scenes towards the end of the series. Feel it gets a bit a bad wrap

Classic King.

I didn’t mind the ending as much as the extended journey to get there. Series should have been 2-3 episodes shorter

I would say the book was better, but the ending of the book sucked too.

starts great, by the end you forget what you are even watching. Watching it each week as it came out only made it worse, maybe binging it wouldn't be that bad.

First episode was awesome, followed by a giant terd swirling down the toilet bowl. I don't even remember how it ended without looking it up

I enjoyed the acting and story was ok. The ending did not stick the landing for me but as others have said thats par for the course with King. Still I thought it was worth a watch.

I recently rewatched and enjoyed it a lot better than than when it aired.

The girl that plays Holley killed it. Most of the cast did.

I really enjoyed it. A little slow, but I thought it was good.

This is true for almost every book King has written.

We finished this and we thought it was a good series. Expecting a typical Stephen King ending helps (for a King movie the ending was not that bad)

Thought it was well done and the acting was good.

Glad I searched this... Before continuing... Watched Ep. 3 last night and realized halfway through, this is no True Detective as promised by reviews...and its getting weird and bad.

Wish I'd known it was King...And that the opening act won't last.
