Really, it started sucking when saber and Robert Kalifornia came on.

The show was growing stale in the later seasons even with Michael. But without Michael, it was complete garbage. Ideally, the show should have ended when Steve Carell decided to leave. I would love to see maybe a 6-10 episode reunion, though. With Michael.

It was growing a little stale even with Michael but was still one of the funniest shows around.

Making Andy regional manager was such a frick up. But there are still a ton of great episodes over those seasons.

The Office should have never ended and still be running. It is an ensemble show that will have its ups and downs. But it is a great vehicle to introduce new talent and writing. Those later seasons had great new characters and some funny moments. But they kept trying to focus on the old cast and give them more screen time. It came off as forced and fell flat..

Let's be clear, the later seasons sucked by Office standards.

There was still some good stuff throughout those last couple seasons that would stand up to just about any comedy today, but Michael absolutely made the show.

Plop was good and the other guy (Dwights son) could have been great. They never gave them a chance. Even Erin and Gabe had wasted potential..

My point of suckitude was Jan going from VP to crazy woman. She was hot.

Absolutely. The show was a parody of itself the final 3 or so seasons.

I enjoyed Robert Kalifornia’s character. Overall, the show had its great moments after Michael, but overall it wasn’t near as good.

Several things happened around the time that Michael left tho that didn’t help. Pam and Jim were becoming unbearable. They introduced multiple characters that just didn’t hit. Dwight was the only one carrying the show. I always felt Andy could’ve been better but half assed his character. Maybe because he was filming other movies.

A show got worse when it’s main and most popular character left? Shocker

Kathy Bates and Spader were both great characters.

And if they said come down on them with that swift hammer of justice. Innocent. A clear conscience don't need no mercy. But if they said, Officer Bessy, well they may have had a reason, blah, blah, blah. Well nine times out of ten, that's the anus they check.

Yea but the last episode when Michael makes a surprise appearance was incredible. That episode isn’t one of the best finales of all time if Michael hadn’t left

It could have been great if they let Dwight keep the manager position rather than give it to him and take it away before making him the manager in the finale. Dwight was the only character worth a damn once Michael left. He could have easily made the audience forget Steve was even apart of the show.

Pam and Jim were unbearable to watch the last couple seasons.

I'm still pissed Michael came back with that half assed 10 word cameo for the finale. frick Steve Carell for thinking he is better than his office cast members.

Will Ferrell’s character was terrible. The black manager was terrible, but he wasn’t supposed to be funny. James Spader’s character was funny, but it didn’t really fit like Michael did. It’s like Spader was still playing his usual character and it was supposed to be funny bc it was so out of place. Which it was funny for that reason, but it wasn’t Michael. Nobody could have replaced Michael
