Get Armie Hammer, replace Amy Adams (whose Lois has been a total waste) with Alicia Vikander, and keep Henry Cavill as superman. Also hire Guy Richie to direct. Essentially just reunite the principal cast and crew of The Man From UNCLE and go from there.

I saw a rumor that Reeves may be looking for a Batman that is somewhere in his mid 20's. If that's the case, I'd really love to see them give Ansel Elgort (from Baby Driver) a shot. He'd obviously have to get on a Chris Evans/Captain America diet & workout routine but the kid can act and he's only 24.
