Well, the day is finally upon us! Mando and Grogu are back.

Season 3 Trailer

I’m hyped, and I can’t wait to learn more about Mandalorian lore. Filoni better not let us down.

If you tell me him and Favreau are attached to a property, at this point I’m not only watching it but I’m likely giving benefit of the doubt that they’re going to hit it out of the park.

I'm hoping I don't need to watch Boba Fett to understand season 3.

Been a while since I watch Boba, but I think an entire episode was of Mando if I’m not mistaken

Episodes 5 and 6 of Boba (+ the very end of 7) are required viewing if you are a Mando fan. They are very good Mando episodes.

Slowest high speed Chase in cinema history. Reminded me of Costanza racing the wheelchair.

I guarantee there will be several posters asking how Grogu ended back up with Mando in this thread tomorrow.

Yeah, I know they expected a lot of people to have watched both shows, but it was an interesting choice to undo the whole plot of Mando's 2 seasons in a couple of episodes of another show. I don't mind them bringing Grogu back, but I wish they hadn't done it so quickly. Again, it just kind of undermines what the show had been about up to that point.

Either way, love the show and looking forward to S3. And Mando's episodes were by far the best episodes of Boba.

Eh, the Mando episodes were good. It’s certainly not the worst they’ve put out. Still think Filoni/Favreau is money for SW content.

I enjoyed all of Bob's, but you are correct! Mando's episodes were the best by far!

I don’t know if they planned or or realized halfway through that Bobo Fett couldn’t carry a series and just used it as a vehicle to further the Mando story

When Boba came out someone on this board made a great point that Mando was basically everything we wanted to see from Boba for years. But since Mando came out first, they had to take Boba in a different direction and he just wasn't the character we had envisioned for the most part.
