So tired of the 3-4 posters who hate on movies they will never see yet waste more time in the
Threads on them then they actually would watching the movie.

It wasn't bad but it felt like a season of the show.
It wasn't great but it didn't piss me off like the sequels. The music was weak. The visuals were good.
I liked Jabba's son as a character. I still don't understand ATAT walkers in a world were hovering is a thing. Was cool to see inside one though.
Basically what I have heard

Seems like a season of the show. . .but unfortunately in the current state of the show.

Some fun parts, but does nothing to move anything forward, and completely forgettable

I was waiting on word of mouth (for both this and He-Man). . .

. . .both are looking like streaming titles for me, with reviews like this.

Like I said before, shame Favreau couldn't course correct into something resembling season 1. I was hopeful.

Still holding a glint of hope for the Starfighter film

My faith in the future of Star Wars has taken another hit, but not quite dead.

ETA: Let me ask you this: Now 3 reviewers have said something akin to the story feeling so unimportant that it felt like a side quest. And there were several side quests in order to accomplish that side quest. That sound fair?

He-Man got great reactions from early screenings. I’d say it’s my most anticipated movie of the summer.

I’m ride or die with Skeletor since I was a super young kid.

Who’d have thought, in the summer of 2026, when we gen X/millennials were in our 40s, we’d get a slate of:

Mortal Kombat
Star Wars
He-Man
Street Fighter

All we’re missing is Ninja Turtles.

Still, we've seen that happen before

I am a huge He-Man dork.

It was for me, up until 7 or 8 months ago.

Not a bad way to put it.
It starts with a side quest. Mandolin finished it. Gets another quest. Then grogu gets a quest.
The only difference is they got a new razor quest for completion of a quest. And a new ally for another.
The fight scene were pretty good. Including the return of battle droids.

It wasn't bad I think it's worth seeing. But I have a monthly pass.

Probably come out on d+ by the 4th of July.
I like seeing movies like this in Imax or large format.
I'm going tomorrow to see MK2 I haven't seen much talk about that either.

I did like two things. The opening scene of the base with all the fighters and techs working on them. Reminded me of the beginning of top gun.

I also liked that the bombers shot bombs not did a ww2 slow approach with gravity bombs in space.

MK2 was really fun

Jade looks like dogshit, but Sonya and Kitana are hot

Kano is still the best character

If you never put Yoda and Boba Fett on an AT-ST as a kid, you weren't living correctly.

You know one issue I have. Grogu is at least 54 at this point. He still can't say a single word? How long does it take for his species to speak?
I was hoping he would get some word. I did mine song him build the Yoda hut/igloo.

My buddy asked me yesterday if I thought Grogu might actually be a special needs kid. Crazy that you said this
