The Dark Knight Rises main plot catalyst doesn’t make sense

So Bane and his crew raid the New York stock exchange and make some trades under Bruce Wayne’s name and finger prints that cause him to go bankrupt and force him out of Wayne enterprises.
Except they didn’t do this covertly. They literally take the entire place hostage then publicly bail in front of a massive crowd and law enforcement presence with hostages.
Wouldn’t all trades that happen during that time be voided? Or at least wouldn’t it be clear that the critical trades Bruce Wayne made at that exact time it was being held hostage clearly show that it was Bane and his crews making them fraudulently?
I get it’s not the best of the 3 movies but it’s like they wanted a cool hostage scene and also for Bruce to get forced out so they combined them into one in a way that makes no real world sense.

I don't understand TMNT. Radioactive ooze doesn't turn turtles into humanoids, just gives em cancer

Yes, this didn’t make sense even during my initial watch in the theater.
Edit: “Suspension of disbelief” can’t just be used as a hand wave for everything. Actions still need to make some sort of logical sense.
Also…literally every cop getting trapped in the sewer except Gordon, Tommy Solomon, and Private Joker.

This is a stupid counter argument.
“You can’t criticize movie X cause Harry Potter has magic in another movie”

It was a joke.

Bane manipulating the stock market at gunpoint publicly just can't happen.
Same type of extreme naivety happens with Jack Ryan season 2. Central American military dictatorship (Venezuela) is not going to simply change leadership because CNN chooses to focus attention and coverage on the 'election'. El Presidente will come out and announce he won the vote, no matter what.

How’d they get the bikes inside the building too?

What made Nolan's trilogy great was it was supposed to be grounded in reality. Sure, there were some unrealistic things, but they tried to play everything off as possible.
Your example is a central point to the entire story. This example in DKR was just a scene in the movie. They could've done it a different way that made sense. If OP complained that Batman could fall off a roof with Rachel and be fine, then I think you could argue that he just needs to suspend disbelief. That is a fun aspect of Batman. The financial theft is not.

Right? Could you imagine how many lawyers Bruce would throw at this?
The less gritty and realistic a movie is supposed to be the more I can suspend disbelief. this was just poor writing. It was the weakest of the three movies.

Everyone criticizes minute and mostly irrelevant details of this movie for some reason. Is it because the trilogy is so good that it’s held to a higher standard? (As compared to popcorn Marvel films made for children)

TDKR was a 100% completely and utterly retarded film
I figured that out 30 minutes into the film watching in the theater
I came on here that night to post exactly that but all the Nolan fan boys were already online creaming their pants and gurgling Nolan’s nutsack in celebration of the greatest movie ever made
I said then, and I repeat now, this movie will go down as one of the stupidest Batman stories told on screen ever

No. It’s because the plot was written by a third grader.

They addressed this. Someone said to Bruce “over time you will be able to prove fraud but for the time being you are out “

minute and mostly irrelevant details
They are core aspects of the movie.
It was poorly written.
They send the entire police force underground and they get stuck there for months and come out looking right as rain.
Bane robs the stock exchange.
Huge time skips that shouldn’t happen or a lack of time skips that should.
It is obvious the movie had to be rewritten after Ledger died.

That seems like a half-hearted attempt to lampshade the absurdity as a means of deflecting criticism.
Again more hand-waving by the screenwriter.
Bane literally did this in broad daylight in plain view of thousands of witnesses. These transactions wouldn’t stand any scrutiny for even a second.
All transactions would be voided and Bruce wouldn’t have to sweat a single bead.

I’m more amazed at Bane’s goal.
Blow himself up in Gotham
Pretty hardcore.
