Finally watched.
Stupid challenge, especially with the time disadvantage.
And we don't see eliminations again, but at least we saw a couple. Jordan made Shane look terrible. I miss Jordan, he'd have been great on this season with all the new blood. I have completely done a 180 on him. I do agree that I think I'd rather face him than Derrick in this one though.
Can't wait for Joss/Derrick. I expect Joss to win, but he completely underestimates D clearly.
Maybe it was just editing, but surely that winning team discussed the Troika a little more than just John saying "Tony, Kyle, Nicole, that's it" and everyone shutting the frick up about it. Shane should've fought it to no end. And if I were on the team, I'd have fought having Kyle and Tony in there again when they just had it last time. That is too much power. Also smart of John to vote them two in and say "I want to sit out this one" and act like he doesn't like having that power, when he has it anyway based on their discussion when choosing teams. Brilliant game play from John, but others on the team should've seen right through it and fought at least a little bit.
I really like Kyle on the show. Nice addition. Joss as well. So I love my boy D, but I am hoping Joss comes back to the house.
Devin pushing Natalie's buttons was weird, but kinda funny. He is calling her arse out for riding John's coattails and she is steadily in denial. I like the move by Devin, although I feel like he is giving himself a little too much credit for how much it will slip up John.
MTV really (fricking REALLY) needs to stop it with the "Aneesa/legend" bullshite. Aneesa sucks almost universally. She's fat and has some lesbian strength, that's about it. She sucks at the challenge and has never won anything (correct?). CT, sure. Aneesa, nah. I can even understand Tori since she was a baller arse rookie, and made the final her first challenge. But Aneesa can kick rocks.
I agree with whoever said that the figure 8 thing could've been much worse than a broken finger. But it also depends on how hard it is. If it is at all bendy, then it should be okay. If it's hard then yeah, a broken arm is in pay for sure.

According to her Challenge wiki page... she has been on 12 seasons (13 if you count Champs vs. Stars) with a total of 2 finals appearances and no wins. $24,071 in prize money.
8-9 record in eliminations.

Yes it does. But with the way MTV edits shite, with Joss talking about how easy it should be based on Derrick’s size, I think Derrick pulls it off. I think it’s going to be epic and I want Derrick to win for the old guard.
Derrick is one of the few people I would want to face in a physical elimination like that. That dude doesn’t quit.
Would have loved to see Derrick and Brad go at it in this one considering the Britini connection.

What a battle between Derrick and Joss. Joss had the clear size and strength advantage but Derrick just wouldn't quit. Tori kinda gave up after the first round.

Derrick is the elimination GOAT. An absolute pitbull.
I love Marie getting thrown in and freaking out. She's absolutely useless in challenges and is a waste of a casting space.

Fukin A Derrick is beyond an animal... But now Joss is number 1 with a bullet on the next challenge for John and Co.
Also seems like non-dad bod CT will be back next season too... With 2 monsters like that in the house its going to be very, very hard for John to control the game like he is now.
In past, if John got in a final, he's such a good all round player with stamina, he is almost impossible to beat, but with Joss looks like he maybe met his match. Joss will clearly not stop in a final.
Next season could potentially be John, In shape CT, Darrell, Brad, Joss, giant British dude who died in Challenge 1, Zack and Derrick... Throw in the Nelson/Cory idiots and that house is unbelievably stacked like never before.

New season starts Filming in about a month, so we should know soon. Sounds like CT, John and Brad are back again, maybe Wes. Joss seems up in the air
Maybe this is just me being old as it relates to the number of challenges I’ve watched in my lifetime, but it pains me to see this new crowd try to run stuff like Kailah and Marie. It’s funny because Kailah is still relatively new, and Marie was a nobody until the producers tried hard to make her relevant

I honestly think Joss quit. His arm was hurting and he let go on purpose to save face. He knew he couldn't go on much longer and this way he could claim he didn't get beat. I'm not really knocking Joss though they were battling for over and hour they said. Tori kinda quit as well, she didn't put up much of a fight.

Nah, John and CT usually align themselves with each other for most of the game nowadays. So John will just pal up to CT and play it that way. Plus, they don't hate each other (I honestly don't think many of them legit do outside of the show actually).
Very unimpressed with Tori last night. She basically didn't take it seriously, and quit trying. That was bunk. She was dancing and showing her arse and everything. I think she's good, and making it to a final your rookie season is great, but maybe she isn't some super badass like we all think she is. Kam is okay, but Tori should've run over her IMO.
Derrick a monster as usual. Joss completely underestimated him. I loved Derrick afterwards, "I'm not trying to sound cocky, but I came here to beat you, and I did."
Producers, stop trying to throw Aneesa at us like she's a badass. She's all like "I know you haven't seen the fire in a while, but it's still there." Get the frick out of here with that shite. If Veronica doesn't break her finger, she likely wins.
I also want to say that it is sad that Veronica has fricked up her face with plastic surgery/botox bullshite. She used to be cute, and now she is straight up weird looking. And I'm pretty sure she had surgery to permanently give herself duckface.
Random gripe: I don't know why, but the whole Queen Kam thing was annoying me almost to the point of pissing me off.
I liked the actual challenge. That was cool. A lot of times, I look at a challenge and think I could do better than most of them on teh show can, but that actually looked pretty damn hard. Also shocked as hell that Nelson won it. I think he's pretty worthless, but maybe he isn't as shitty as I think he is.
As for the future. Give me a show with these dudes and it would be good TV: John, Joss, Derrick, Brad, Darrell, CT, Kyle, Zach, Wes, and Mark (isn't he sort of training to come back?). Maybe a couple more if the format allows it...maybe throw in a Cory/Nelson and a Devin just to mix up the political game a little. But that would be a stout cast right there, and it would include some of the old guard with the newer guard.

Agreed. I can't stand her now, and haven't for at least a few seasons. She's annoying and entitled. I always loved how the vets acted when they got thrown into an elimination. "Me???? You're putting MEEEEE in?" Like they were all owed something. It's hilarious and sad and annoying.
Interested to see if John and the Troika give her Kam.

Just finished the episode and I know it's been discussed before but WTF is MTV thinking in regards to safety. Zach shatters a window and could have ripped himself open and then Leroy is face down in the water and they don't have a single rescue person actually in the water?!?! It looked like some random guy in a polo and slacks went in to rescue him.
