He's good in everything he's in.
The Bear, Punisher, and Andor are what I know him primarily from. He also had a bit part in the recent Jennifer Lawrence comedy.

Better casting than we could have hoped.
How will Thing be portrayed? Probably with CGI like Thanos? The Thing from the 2006ish movie wasn’t formidable enough looking to play alongside guys like Hulk IMO.

I'm kind of sick of Pedro Pascal personally, but don't think he is a terrible actor or choice. Just overrated.

I think he’s excellent but terrible for this role. Should have been Krasinski
