Space desert Sopranos sounded cool but not gonna fly on Disney plus.

Agreed. If the Hutts really did abandon Tatooine and weren't just letting the others kill each other off to then swoop in, I'll be surprised. Otherwise, who in the hell is going to be the baddie?

The finale just seemed like a jumbled mess at times.

I get they don’t want to go dark.

But a dark Boba Fett crime takeover show would have been cool

Also, just sending Grogu alone seems like a bit of a dick move by Luke. At least accompany him and deliver him safely.
Grogu dumped him for another guy. At least Luke had the decency to request an ArtUber for him.

all of the action in this show was a mess. everything is "OMG we are over powered this is our one shot!"...... Fail..... "But we get up and we have one more last chance shot!"...... Fail......."But we get up and we have one more last chance shot!"...... Fail......."But we get up and we have one more last chance shot!"...... Fail.......

I’ll be interested to see, if that is the route.

There was no need to have the Mod girl and the Freetown girl team up to stand in the exact same spot on a roof as a distraction that didn't really distract from anyone. It was poorly done and shoehorned in.

So was having Krrsantan get shot like 18 times and still be able to limp away. I get that he's huge and can take more damage than a human, but its not like he's covered in a beskar suit. Tiniest blaster = one shot instant kill of Pykes. Barret 50 cal blaster sniper rifle = multiple direct hits and doesn't even knock the wookie down

One nitpick I have that I haven't seen mentioned:

The shout outs to Godfather were a little too on the money at times. Just this episode we had "It was the smart move" and "my offer is nothing." There were several others early in the season. I get they want to emphasize they are doing a sympathetic mob boss show, but there is a point were it passes from homage to just clunkily ripping off the source material.

I was kinda hoping they were going to engage in some steamy girl on girl action as a form of distraction, but I guess wrong network.

Or everyone rendezvousing back at the same spot where Boba was pinned down....Krrsantan was even shot the 18 times trying to get back there.

If your buddies are pinned down, you attack the attackers from the rear or their flanks....you don't go to the same bad position your buddies are in.

On a different matter, excuse my ignorance, but what is "spice"? is it a nickname for some sort of drugs, or is it really spice, like oregano?

ETA: never mind my spice question. Apparently there is this thing on the internet called Google that I can ask stupid questions to and it gives answers.

I just started watching the series; I'm about 10 minutes in. Just curious, do they ever reveal how Boba lost his hair and how his head got all burned up? I'm assuming it's just from the acid in the Sarlacc and the flames?

I had a problem with that scene. Seemed like they just let Santo get all shot up, even though by that time you had Boba, Mando, the Power Rangers and the Freetown people back there to give him some cover fire.

When he was younger it was thinning out and Han told him that chicks dig a shaved head. It was EU so not sure if it’s canon or not.

They address the scarring from the Sarlacc acid, which is the reason for the healing sessions in the bacta tank ( & as convenient storytelling device to write in the flashbacks).

The balding was not specifically addressed. Likely, it was just the actor and/or director's decision for Boba to be shaved. He does eventually grow back eyebrows post-bacta therapy, but not head hair, so was it unanswered if it was due to age-related genetic loss or a daily shaving choice by the character? Now, his dad Jango had thick hair well into his 40s and IIRC, the clones, like Rex, shaved their heads for helmet convenience so hair loss might not be genetic certainty.

Boba Fett's idea to hide out in a bombed out bar

That wasn’t his idea. The others convinced him to holdup there as a sign of confidence.

Overall I enjoyed this season but it’s kinda incredible how Djarin and Grogu make things so much more watchable.

Boba Fett wrecking shop with the Rancor was alright but the whole time I just wanted Mando to take over.
