I always wondered why Hans didn't take a shot as he was going down. He was going for one before he got dropped, might as well have just capped one or both on the way down.

I know it isn't related to the plot, but I read somewhere that they were going to drop him on 1 while filming that scene, but the director told the crew to drop him on 3 or 2 instead, to get a real reaction instead of him expecting it on 1 when doing the countdown.
