How Oleg reacts will be interesting. They made it a point to say how many women he's been with and never cared for any of them. Nina's death could possibly push him to betray his country.

I could see this. Defecting to the U.S. and then have Philip and Elizabeth kidnap him and bring him back to Russia.

We aren't sure of the timeline of events. He promised his dad he would come back to Russia if he helped Nina. Maybe he finds out while back in America. He would most likely meet with Stan to let him know. Out of anger he may give vital information to Stan that puts Phillip and Elizabeth in danger.

It will definitely have some impact on Oleg; however, we wasn't even sure she was still alive at the beginning of the episode and that had not caused him to turn.

Holy shite, that was brutal. They kept hinting that she was going to be saved and then BAM!! frick me, that stayed on my mind well into the night.
That seems very plausible. The fallout will be damaging in some way for sure.

Damn, she was such a hottie. But that story was stale unless they were going to let her out, but that couldn't possibly happen like Oleg's father suggested. He bribed him to stay home, but he already said you can't align yourself with a traitor so there was no other scenario that would play out. Oleg is definitely going to turn now though.
