Yeah this shite was bothering me so I went back and watched the abortion that is Episode 4 and they specifically state during the mission debriefing that they want to know who Mae’s master is and that it was someone trained in the Jedi arts (similar to what Qui Gon told the council about Maul.)

However, the mission debrief in The Acolyte mentions they want to keep this hush hush because they don’t want news to spread there’s a rogue Jedi killing Jedi and how that could harm their image. So even if there’s an investigation, because of the Jedi’s hubris, there is nothing that would lead them to the conclusion there’s a Sith, simply a rogue Jedi killing other Jedi, confirming their hypothesis in the mission debrief in episode 4.

it’s pretty clear he is going to be far enough removed that they can chalk him up as a rogue evil force user.

He will not be acknowledged as an actual sith.

Episode 5 was the best episode yet. Not surprised it's also the highest rated

there's review bombing going on and there's review boosting going on. there's absolutely no credible or logical explanation why there would be one more than the other, so on the face of it, the incredibly low audience score is because the show does, in fact, suck donkey balls.

You realize you can see the reviews? There are more 1s than 10s.

Noone would honestly think episode 3 and episode 5 are both equally 1s.

Even if you hated episode 5 it would still be better than episode 3, so if episode 3 was a 1, 5 would have to be at least a 2.

Also, as previously stated, the show was a 2.9 BEFORE ANYONE COULD WATCH IT.

Now it's a 6.7.

If you took away the reviews before it aired it would be a 7+

I havent hated the dialogue as much as most of yall. there are some awkward parts but I dont find most conversations all that insane or off the mark or awkward.

I agree it’s been a little slow, and i think a lot of star wars shows have that problem. For a show that relies on you coming back each week it doesn’t push the pace enough early On

I think there are flaws for sure, but the discussion usually like 3 lines of dialogue harped on over and over. Pick a random scene and 99% of the dialogue is normal conversation you’d expect in that scene.

People are going off on how bad Rebecca Henderson… she had maybe 10 minutes of screen time. And she’s delivery pretty straight forward lines. She hasnt had a 10 minute emotional dialogue she tanked.
