Yep, I believe I read somewhere the new John Connor is name Pablo Mendez which is PM which can be construed as Prophet Mohammed.

Anyway, in any way, I will not be watching this Terminator and I watched all Terminators and their comics up to date. John Connor is the Lynch Pin to the Terminator series for me, it is on his backs that they beat the machines. I have always wanted to see the future War, but Genisys fricked it up. The opening battle of their future war was detailed as hell and I wanted more.

THis Terminator who just simply kill off John Connor to have an SJW John Connor plugged in place was asine.

The plot would have been just as well if this girl was carrying the next John Connor for the NEXT war and that John Connor was alive in the back ground building weapons to prepare for a possible battle with the future A.I having recognized how fast tech was advancing an a war with the machine is inevitable. It would be like a true passing of the torch instead of just wiping him out. The new John Connor could have used whatever tech the old John Connor left behind and thus you have the new bio enhance soldiers like Grace.

THey could have also set it further down in the timeline too but nope...had to erase John Connor for SJW reason.

Like you said there’s such a long timeline you could build any number of great stories into it seamlessly. But to keep using alterations to the John Connor origin is lazy plus replacing him just for gender purposes is downright propaganda shoved down our throats. It’s lazy storytelling and whatever story they’re trying to tell ultimately takes a backseat to the politics of it. Like I said big budget Hollywood is just dead and pathetic at this point.

The last 3 terminator movies are all shitty and forgettable, and John Connor is a central character in each..... I mean.... I think he is. I don’t really remember any of them, yet I’ve seen them all.

This movie will suck for the many of same reasons as the previous 3. They haven’t found a way to advance the plot without shitting all over the first two films.

Time travel movies can only do so much before they fold onto themselves and get jumbled up. It’s why I hate time travel plots.

The only Terminator movies I would’ve wanted after T2 was of the future war. Ending with Reese being sent back in time, thus completing the loop.
