Absolutely. Well and it’s very realistic. Guy is flying out to close a high stress deal, he’s had major health issues, and he’s estranged from his kids. It wouldn’t make sense for him to give a speech or anything else to his kids.

And we’ve already seen the man have a major stroke in action. We don’t need to see him physically die. The background shots of the chest compressions are more than enough.

I honestly can’t believe that particular event never leaked out to the public like Game of Thrones and other HBO shows. Hell of an episode

I still haven’t come down from this episode. Might be the best episode of any tv show in recent memory. Just wow

I didn't know that this was the last season and obviously didn't see this coming. I half expected Logan to unzip the body bag and tell everybody to frick off

Am I the only person, while watching that thought it was all a setup to see the reactions from the kids?

I thought Logan was fricking with them. Seems like something he would do.

At first yes. But the longer it went on and seeing the reactions from other people on the plane I knew it wasn't.

I thought it was at first. Then it became really clear something was terribly wrong the way Tom was acting.

I really like how they did this.

The way it’s directed is intended for the audience to experience the same confusion that the kids feel through the whole thing. Brilliant move barely even showing Logan during the event, to keep the focus on the kids and the “fog” of uncertainty. It unites the viewer and the characters. Last time I saw something like this was “The Body” episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I love it when we see craftsmanship in a show. Wonderful stuff.

I figured this might happen this season, but I was surprised it happened so early it in. I am excited about what’s next story-wise.
