Holy shite that first episode is Nightmare on Elm Street. Dang that was dark and definitely the most horror filled episode of the series.
I know right.. just watched the first episode.
This went from kid friendly PG season 1 to the exorcist real fast

From a thousand foot view, yeah, seems a little lame if only because we have a relatively full timeline now from which to construct the narrative.
But the way they delivered the story and unraveled the mystery was pretty awesome and we still don’t have quite all the pieces just yet for this season.
But if the theory holds, it does take something out of the final season. That or it tells us Vecna is going to go full Infinity War and end up dusting a few characters in July en route to an invasion of this dimension in the final season

If Mike, Will, and Jonathan never have another minute on screen, it wouldn't hurt my feelings. They are just wasted time. Steve has turned into the best character on the show. Robin has grown on me as well.

Almost as good as season one. What a great series. I hated that they left us hanging. Lots of loose ends to tie up.

All three seasons of Stranger Things are AT LEAST PG-13

I feel the same way. I can’t see Nancy with a weed head like Jonathan

More I look at it, the more I become convinced Vecna created the mind flayer, not the other way around. Biggest tip off is that the mind flayer in seasons 2 and 3 took the shape of a spider and had a psychic/telekinetic hold.
My assumption is that the demagorgons, demabats, etc all populated the upside down and Vecna tapped into the hive mind. It’s all been about getting revenge on 11, Hawkins, and humanity ever since.
If the Mind Flayer is the shape of a spider and uses psychic/telekinetic powers, wouldn't you say it's just as likely that the Mind Flayer has been controlling Vecna all along? I think it's more likely that Vecna took a liking to spiders because of the Mind Flayer and the Mind Flayer basically recruited Vecna from a young age due to the latter's psychic/telekinetic powers.
Also, I think the Mind Flayer being the ultimate antagonist makes sense because next season you can have 01, 008, and 011 unite to destroy it and that ties to the theory of 1 + 8 + 11 adding up to a perfect roll of 20 in DND.

We heard you the first time Ham Solo.

I'm sure someone's already made the connection, but after finishing E7 last night, I finally waded into the thread.
Antonov aka "Enzo" is played by Tom Wlaschiha, the actor who's Jaqen H'gar in GoT.

One of the other Russian guards was on the International Space Station with Howard Wolowitz in Big Bang Theory, too.

Also I wouldn’t be surprised to see Nancy and Jonathan die of old age in the season finale. holy shite they look old!
All that coke they do IRL takes a toll.
Actor playing Jonathan is a dirtbag off-camera, and he's dragging down Natalia Dyer down with him.

Allegedly, their favorite white pastime has been picked up by Millie Bobby Brown, too. Sad.

I looked up the ages of the cast and I was surprised that 11 and them are all between 17-20. But the older ones are between 27-30

But their scenes have Argyle so it’s worth it.

I hope so. 001 being the the originator is more satisfying to me then him being a pawn.

not saying that it isn't true, as I have no idea, but your source doesn't seem all that credible.
I agree though that Natalia Dryer looks to have aged 10 years since the last season.

While I acknowledge your skepticism... The creator of the Crazy Days and Nights blog is eminently credible in the entertainment sphere.

that all makes sense, but it still doesn't answer the question where 001 got his powers from. I can see where the rest of the kids got powers from, from 001, but how were his powers manifested? Are we to believe he was the only human being on the planet to ever be born with powers? His powers were with him before he got to Hawkins and abducted by Brenner.
Was he just a weirdo that found spiders and liked them and the spiders were a species that were always from the upside down living in our world, and he was able to somehow manifest powers from them?

The person who created the site is an entertainment lawyer in LA. Goes by "Enty". They were quick to out Hollywood's seedier side with respect to Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, Dan Schneider, et al long before the #MeToo PR stunt.
At this point, with their track record for being ahead of the curve on many of these blind items, if Enty says MBB is already going under the knife at 18 and developing a nasty coke habit, I'm definitely taking it under consideration, no matter how much I hope it isn't true.
