The Others have been moving since before he was born but they sure as frick stepped up their actions after he was “awaked” early in season 1. Doubly so after the Night King spotted him doing a vision in “Hold The Door”.

Why are we all assuming the Night King is the bad guy? Why are we all assuming the Wall was built to keep the White Walkers from going south?
