quote:

"Spinal Tap II" is filming in New Orleans starting March 6 and continuing through April 12, according to the city's film office. It is shooting under the working title "Goodbye, Cleveland" — a reference to a scene in the 1984 original film in which its bungling band members get lost backstage at a concert.

Someone needs to go try be an extra.

One of the crew suggested that they use my wife’s workplace as a location. Her fingers are crosssed. She loves McKean and Guest

They exposed how cringy rock bands in their relative prime could be.

Now they can take on how much worse it can be when you're well past your prime...

It'll probably be worth watching.

Yes, but part of it is to ensure continued ownership of the Tap gimmick.

They have been doing irregular appearances and recording albums over the past 40 years to help ensure they keep the rights.
