This is still Phase 3 btw. It’s the epilogue.

Might want to put Endgame spoilers in the title..
Negative. The Russo Bros. say 'too bad, so sad' as of today.

Awesome trailer but gave away so much of the story.
Favreau is the best.
Spider-Man busting the cops' balls was perfect.

That's practically every trailer, at this point. I don't know why they insist on doing that but I wish they'd stop.

Sony has to play along because this is the final movie in the Sony/Marvel agreement which allows Spiderman to be involved in the MCU. Holland has 1 more film on his Sony contract and unless something changes it will be 100% Sony produced.
If Sony had a brain in their fricking head, they would re-up with Marvel Studios. They get serious bank and partial credit versus running the risk of completely fricking this up.

That would be the smart move, if only because a huge amount of the supporting characters are clearly MCU owned like Happy, Fury, etc.
Sony keeps stepping on their own dick whenever they do solo Spidey films, as they screwed up 3 and both Amazing films. Partnering with Marvel Films may be less profitable on the front end but it keeps the franchise alive.

Elementals, wonder why they brought them into Spiderman.

They probably are taking notice that Fox refused to play ball...so Disney BOUGHT them.

Multiverse might be legit, while he's playing the fake hero.
My crackpot theory is Mysterio is using recent events to fuel his own success and ego. He’s actually from our universe, and will in the end be called out for his illusions prior to the final battle with Spider-Man to make it seem like the Multiverse is just an illusion.
The part after though, or more likely post credits, will tie in the true Multiverse in a very real way as I do think that will be a huge element moving forward. We just don’t quite know the gravity of it yet

Okay im liking they are choosing Spidey to fill the Iron Man hole!

Yeah, but this is a little shocking coming off of the Endgame marketing that kept things pretty close to the vest. They snapped back to the S.O.P. pretty quickly.

He really is awesome. I'm so pumped about the Mandolarian TV series he's creating.

There is always a degree of mindfrick when Mysterio is involved.
Marvel Films is probably spinning that to their advantage because everyone knows there is an angle but not what it is or if the chess master is Mysterio, Fury, both, or someone else entirely.

I don't believe Marvel Studios would be setting Spider-Man up like this if they did not believe they can work something out with Sony. A new deal or a buy out has to be coming.

Completely unrelated to Marvel, but Favreau directed, wrote, and starred in a nice little movie called Chef in 2014. I highly recommend it.

Eh we all know Mysterio is up to something but the GA probably doesn't

His Lion King will be a money maker this Summer as well.
