So, I believe Florence Pugh is the only one is Brand New Day that is confirmed in Doomsday.
She was talking about how she only deals with "big potatoes". Towards the end of the movie she was meeting with the detective and was looking into some things (damage control?) I wonder if that leads any into Doomsday.

I agree. This movie is as good as no way home but for different reasons. It actually had soul.

I just got home from seeing it, and I couldn't agree more. Best T.H. Spiderman film, and top tier MCU fun/story. Frank was great! Jean was great! Raging Hulk was great!

but the part after definitely triggered something.
I think something did happen, though with MJ’s mind whenever she was being controlled by Jean because she started to have a teardrop down her eye so it might have slowly unlocked something where her memories might come back over time. Same goes for Ned, based on the handshake.

Yes when he left she called him Peter and Ned said “Spider-Man’s name is Peter?”
Definitely some kind of muscle memory kicking in with the handshake tho.

I enjoyed NWH but also hated the obvious edits due to the ongoing bullshite known as the pandemic.
This movie felt like everyone was in the same room again.
Loved it.

I chose to believe they will both remember due to what Jean did. I also chose to believe that she did it on purpose. MJ's tear was the tell, I think. IMO, she went on the roof and rubbed the necklace because of their conversation and his willingness to let her go for her safety. I think she will remember but keep it to herself for a while. I hope they don't drag that part out though.

Really felt that length. But the director GETS Spider Man. They gotta keep him around. The high school trilogy was good but this was great. I know Holland has mentioned passing on the torch but hopefully after another couple of movies. He’s finally found his stride as Spidey

So they finally in nerfed Spidey. No stark tech suit, full spidey sense, full power. In the comics he’s an Avengers level hero eventually
