Is next week the finale? Are we at the end of the season already?

I agree. It certainly looks that way. However that is what I was getting at. While it appears there is only one way for this to end... Sutter will have something that distracts Jax from killing Clay. Potter/Otto, Piney's death, Potter/Juice, Cartel war, Potter/Irish, etc.

I'd love to see Opie rip Clay's head off in a fit of rage!

Agree 100%, but how long can they drag it out? I absolutely LOVE the show, but I think it will end up getting pretty ridiculous if they play it off for an entire season.

I don't want it to end but I also don't want to see it spiral into mediocrity bc they try to hold on too long.

If that makes sense?

Think 4 more episodes still. I read they added a 14 episode for this season and it airs Dec. 6th.

I wonder if somehow Clay ends up in prison...that puts him & Otto under the same roof. keeps the story of Luann/Bobby alive.

Jax isn't going anywhere. Tara is going to become a Gemma clone but with her own agenda now.

I'd like that too, but I think that everyone needs in on the action to make it worth it. Clay is due for a severely painful killing.

after he's dead the next issue is to get out of their business with the cartel. Who knows where that leads them.

From the looks of the previews, they are in a gunfight with the Cartel next episode...

I know Sutter wasn't the show runner of the sheild, but all seven season of the sheild... I realized that writers like Kurt Sutter can drag out a storyline up to seven seasons.

this is very possible and it is exactly what i don't want to happen. with the way the story is progressing, i would be perfectly happy with the show ending this year even though i still enjoy it a lot.

Season 5 will probably be 'best of S1-4'. Just a bunch of highlights.

That's what I heard anyway.

It isn't like she's a NFL quarterback that lost her throwing hand. She's a surgeon that *MAY* not be able to perform surgery, but she's still a doctor. I'll give her a little slack b/c any woman would be emotional however if they drag it on as if she can't work any more that is just ridiculous.
Surgeon>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Regular Doctor.
Like going from being a pilot to an air traffic controller.

This season has been incredible. In a way, I wish they'd wrap it up now instead of dragging it out over more seasons.

clay is going to run to the cartel and tell them he has lost the club but can regain it if they help him out.

gemma tells jax about the letters.

jax, opie, the rest of samcro, and the niners team up and take out the cartel and some of the mayans.

either clay gets killed by opie, or he goes to prison where otto takes out his revenge on clay cause I believe clay either killed or had luana killed cause she was stealing from the club.

tara becomes a gemma clone and becomes the old lady of the club president who is now jax.

samcro tries to go legit but eventually they turn back to running and selling guns from the irish.

The black cop that is now in charming helps juice out of his situation and the AUSA ends up with teaming with samcro to put away the rest of the cartel (ones not killed by samcro and niners), clay if he survives (samcro will blame all on clay), and some of the mayans.

Samcro will get off and the irish will not get caught. Gemma ends up being killed in the above battle and only unser survives to tell his story of how JT really died.

that's taking all her years of training and hard work and throwing it away. Plus years spent training for her surgery specialty.

I also don't know any practice that would want a doctor with a dead hand. GP, Pediatrician whatever OR any insurance group that would insure you.

She's not being an emotional woman. That's a reaction anyone would have. Especially a surgeon.

she could be a family doctor. she would still be able to do check-ups or hospital administration.

Yeah able's mom may be there to harm tara i really can't get a read this.

it's possible, but I wonder who would insure her in this day of malpractice suits

sure, but that doesn't compare to what she used to be able to do.

point is her life is a surgeon is possibly (and I'm sure going to happen to add to the story line) over and her reaction was totally justified
