Don't stop believing was definitely not popularized by The Sopranos.

Community's theme, At Least It Was Here think, owes it's modest popularity entirely to the show. It's a great song too.

I think that song had long been popular again before the Sopranos used it. Other television shows have been using it including Family Guy and Glee to name a few.

I think a lot of Seinfeld fans haven't watched the finale since it originally aired. I know I haven't, and I have no recollection of that song being in the finale.
